Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Intern at our Columbia, Missouri location for the Spring 2027 semester. This is a part-time, onsite position requires the ideal candidate to be located in the general area. No visa sponsorship or relocation will be provided for this role. As an Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer Intern, you will have the following responsibilities: Risk assessment and Job Hazard Analysis Development of site-specific safety trainings Digitization of EHS documents Projects around top 5 hazards Lead 5s safety initiatives Ergonomic assessments Behavior-Based safety Environmental sustainability champion Site Green team champion Other projects as needed / working alongside seasoned professionals What's in it for me? For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $23 - $25 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
