Detail-oriented and methodical, the full-time Test Technician will execute software tests, log defects, and ensure client applications function as expected in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Execute manual test cases and scripts according to established test plans Record test results, capturing evidence such as screenshots, and log defects with clear reproduction steps Assist with user acceptance testing and maintain test documentation and data Required qualifications 1+ year of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or technical support Experience following written test procedures and documenting results Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred Ability to work independently in a remote environment
